How many people did not had a good start in their life.
I grew up in the culture, that was negative and every thing seems to be without hope.
I was in a culture, where my dad was taking control of each and every thing in my life. He had a bad temper and that lead me to run and ponder over the things again and again.
I did my best up to my Intermediate then; , I had a real shocking surprise, when my father stopped all my money for further studies. That was the day, when I felt that, I need to run and escape out of his presence, but on other hand, I just wanted to prove my father that, I can stand on my own.
Days went by and I had it all. I did marketing and sales on street, I worked for number of companies that provides front based jobs. And every month I used to collect and pay my college fees and every 50% used to go for dad.
I was very angry with my life and, I used to hate things and never had value for others.
I used to feel that we are born to be slaves to others. Now that is what, I got out of my own. And some times I used to cry alone sitting at some lonely places talking to God telling him my real life stories and my worries, situations and every daily life issues and problems.
But God hears Prayers, I had my success. When one of my Christian friend advise me to do Graphic and web designing course.
And that’s it, his simple advice made me to be a good web expect in web designing field. not only that, I am working for International Company and further, I am one of the good customer care support for all abroad clients.
Now, I see myself getting on with the things for life and growing spiritually strong in the Lord. I am happy with my life and job. It’s only because of, I had value for others.
God Listens and hears. God gives grace to humble. God is good all the times.
The son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost –Luke 19:10
Jesus Views everyone as significant. Zacchaeus was a dishonest tax collector (Luke 19:1-10). Jesus could have ignored him, but He saw him in the tree and called him by name.
It’s important that Christians acknowledge others as people with value. Manning writes, “ A Christian who doesn’t merely see but looks at another communicates to that person that he is being recognized as human being in an impersonal worlds of objects.”
Do the people we interact with know that we view them as valuable to us and to God?
Love people and not things, use things, use things and not people. |
